Steve was very helpful for me with both updating my payment method for my unit. I had a rough day since I was trying to downsize my unit but unfortunately I wasn't able to fit everything in the new one. Not only did Steve save the day by ensuring I can keep my old unit but he also helped get me a lower price per month. Really above and beyond and great customer service! Thanks!

Dave and Steve were top-notch from day one until we moved-out, today. Fantastic customer service and beyond pleasant interactions with these gentlemen over the last few months. In fact, stopped down just to talk about cars a few times while visiting the unit…Would highly recommend to anyone looking and gladly anticipate returning next fall/winter to again store our vehicle. Steve and Dave are fantastic! I am a short gal and couldn't reach the light chain in my unit. One mention to Dave and he said he would have it taken care of. I assumed he would get a longer chain pull. The next time I visited my unit - BAM - I have a motion sensor light which I don't even have to do anything but open the garage door!

I love it!
