The staff was incredibly helpful getting the perfect storage unit for my needs. I’ve had several questions since and every time they have been polite, professional, and addressed the issue with a single visit. Can’t speak highly enough of the facility and its staff.

I arrived on Saturday- 2/7/26- to move items from my unit and there was still alot of snow around the unit, making it a little difficult to get things moved to my car. Steve and Dave were out shoveling the property and we're so kind to ask if I needed some help. They proceed to help clear a space out in front of the unit and also assisted me with lifting a few of the heavy items into my car. They definitely went above and beyond to provide customer service especially on such a cold and snowy day. Thank you Steve and Dave you are the BEST. They deserve more than 5 stars.

The staff was helpful, flexible, and attentive to every question and request we had.

Move‑out was just as seamless. Conversations about dates and timing were simple, and the entire process felt organized and stress‑free. We truly appreciated the level of service and support we received.

I would like to take a moment to review Guardian Storage. I would recommend this storage company. Guardian Storage has a great team of staff and managers. The staff is always available to assist with your needs and always willing to extend a helping hand in anyway. I have had the pleasue of working with Dustin at the site location. I had a emergency move and met with Dustin. My experience with Dustin was Great. The customer service with Dustin has been nothing but a AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you Dustin and continue to soar with EXCELENCE and OUTSTANDING customer service.

The service here is above and beyond whatever you might expect out of a storage facility. I had cleared my unit out for a move-out. I had left the lock on to remove later but had to leave town quickly for a family emergency. Tea, the manager, was very understanding and cut the lock for me without the normal fee.

Tea and his maintenance worker, Miguel, were also super helpful and took care of a mark left by some leaking equipment that I had started to clean but didn’t get to finish up on. This is the kind of stuff many other places would have used as an opportunity to get an extra $100, and instead they decided to help out the customer instead. It’s a rare thing nowadays.

Besides the friendly and accommodating staff, the place is spotless and easy to access. Just keep an eye out on your bill, as the monthly pricing made two big jumps over a short period of time.
