I’m a tenant at this self storage facility and they’ve been excellent, but I also want to call out that I got a flat tire on waterfront drive and pulled into the lot and two employees, Steve and Darnell, provided a significant amount of time and effort to put me on a spare. That kind of attitude and helpfulness is priceless

It was a long ride with Guardian Storage, Im really glad they were right on time when I needed it, now my journey with them ended but I was so happy with their treatment, costumer service and the time, always there to answer question, even if it was a small question they were there..

These storage units are in a great location with ample space and a massive freight elevator. Matt at the office was super helpful!

I was calling around to get information on storage units. Diana at Guardian was the only one to answer the phone. She was easy to work with very knowledgeable. Diana got me into the size storage unit I needed. I recommend using Guardian storage on 31st to anyone looking for a storage unit.
