We used this location for summer storage for my Pitt student. Great decision - the property manager Tioni Brown (call her T!) was the best! She anticipated our needs, was friendly and approachable on the phone and in person and remembered us when we went back to pick up our stuff and close out the unit. She made it easy and convenient. I highly recommend this Guardian location.

Really an awesome experience with this company at the Fort Collins South location. Staff was very friendly and helpful and didn't have a problem when we had to change our move-in date several times. The use of their van for helping with the move was wonderful. Building is new and was very clean and temperature control was great. Easy access!

Once again, Lauren was extremely helpful with more space as I work through my storage "issues". Thank you Guardian, and kudos to the great management.

We have been using Guardian Storage for small group meetings there (yes - they have a nice meeting room available to the public!) for about a year now. It is very clean and convenient. The GM Zach is super helpful and friendly too. I would higly recommend this place. (And oh by the way, I personally stored our home furnishings there for a year while in between houses. Very positive experience!)

The property manager, Tea, was outstanding! A lot of these storage facilities seem a bit shady to me… But Tea felt very honest, helpful, and warm. He went the the extra mile when he noticed on the security cameras that I got lost and instead of going home, because it was after hours, he found me and brought me to the correct unit. The facility itself is very clean and feels secure. I highly recommend.

The services here are great I’ve never had a problem with them unlike extra space storage my unit was broken into and nothing was ever replaced over $5000 worth of things was stolen .

Gina was very helpful in explaining everything. The place is clean. They have restrooms
available. Not sure if you’ve ever started packing up a storage unit and needed to use the restroom but it’s not great lol. Esp for a women.
