I was calling around to get information on storage units. Diana at Guardian was the only one to answer the phone. She was easy to work with very knowledgeable. Diana got me into the size storage unit I needed. I recommend using Guardian storage on 31st to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Matthew (Matt) is hands down the best manager of the Bloomfield location. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to work with me and my requests. From informing me about my storage unit, to moving in, the moving truck, coming up with solutions, and getting into my storage unit. He was patient and worked so hard to make sure I was accommodated and I am so grateful to have him work with me through that stressful process. He deserves some recognition for his outstanding costumer service and didn’t complain a single time. Ask for Matt, he will take great care of you! Thank you so much!

Just dropped off an old TV and computer monitor. When I arrived I was greeted by Ryan. He was very professional and super friendly.
Then, Steve came to the car and actually carried the TV for me as my husband wasn't able to go with me. He too, was very friendly and professional. Both are an asset to the company and would be the reason I would use this company and location should I need to rent a storage unit.

Very good experience storing here. The storage units are in excellent shape, very clean, and the staff is stellar. I liked that it was hidden from the main roads too.
