Trish is wonderful and very professional. She showed me to my unit and patiently waited for my dad to show up in the uhaul to then show him to the unit. She also went above and beyond playing with math to get me the best rate for my unit. Thank you for a great experience!

No issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. They let me know when I forgot to lock my unit. Found a dead mouse right outside my unit but it did not get in!!

Amazing customer service! Both ladies in the office are super nice! They worked with me when I was moving out and needed a storage unit ASAP! They put me in the storage unit the same day!! Superb Conference Room Available for use. Our Corporate Leadership Team uses the conference room for meetings on a monthly basis. The facilities are clean and very well maintained. The location is extremely convenient to the Peters Township area. The Internet Access is excellent and the staff is very friendly and highly professional.
