This is our second rental from this location. The staff is great and friendly. So is the dog that welcomed me to the office.It is so nice to work with people that enjoy their job.

New high tech locks are easy to use and quick to set up. This is a new facility and very clean. Manager was friendly and helpful getting us set up with our units and making sure we understood how to use the Noke app to access the property.

Great customer service. My lock had accidentally been cut off when the door was replaced and the staff in the office replaced the lock without question. I am impressed. The unit was fine, no leaks, rodents, etc. so my personal effects were in good shape after being in storage for over a year. I would use them again.

Tioni was very efficient and had great customer service to explain process and show us the facility. A slight problem arose in picking up the borrowed van when the prior customer didn’t return it on time, Tioni was very helpful and empathetic with the delay. We experienced and again showed great customer service and handling the situation. She is really on top of everything.

Storing stuff is so much fun at Guardian! The staff is so helpful. The building is spotless. The dolly carts are huge but so easy to maneuver, unlike Lowe's. It's so convenient that I think everybody needs to immediately get a unit at Guardian!! Stop jamming all your holiday bins in the attic. You don't need to break anymore nails. There's a better way. It's Guardian.
