I'm a long time guardian storage user, and the Bridgeville locations is one of the nicest I've done business with. The property is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful with anything that you might need! Shout out to Mike, the property manager, for all of his help!

Today 06/27/23 was a good day after I left Guardian Storage and Yes, I said “Guardian Storage” I recently had several death in my family ( My mother… who was the anchor of my life)
also some unknown stranger decided to help themselves to my credit card and bank account.
It was bad news after bad news, which I remained hopeful and optimistic though it all.
I went to pay my bill At Guardian Storage and to retrieve some items from my unit and when I walked in Isaiah was helping a customer and he took a moment to let me know, he will be with me in a moment. I said, well let me go to my unit and I will be back and if I’m not back before you close please come look for me (jokingly)
After a while being in my unit,moving things around and retrieving items. I looked up and Isaiah was right there reminding me of our appointment.
I just laughed!!!
Because this made me feel good to know that amazing people is still out here and will go beyond their call of duty to help out!!!
The courtesy and his professionalism continue after I return downstairs to discuss my finance issues. It was the laughter and his pleasant demeanor that had me smiling on the ride home.
Hands Up to Isaiah for making this experience a pleasant one and reminding me that good people still exist.

Dave was absolutely wonderful. Very thorough, professional and personable. He explained everything I needed to know. I greatly appreciated meeting with him. Absolutely !!!!

Customer service was phenomenally above and beyond. Even when a pipe burst, they made sure to notify me they had to cut my lock off so they could inspect the unit for damage and then replaced it. They made sure I was given keys and everything was ok. I would highly recommend using them again. Thank you for everything!

This establishment has made my move-out process easier than I thought possible. Matt was especially accomodating and made us feel welcome, while John and Ashley did the same
