Very clean office, secure units and friendly environment. Great costumer service, Colleen and Danny were wonderful and very helpful would highly recommend for college students or anyone in need of space.

I just want to update it’s been 4 month since I rented a unit from here and so far it’s really good only issue I noticed was rat droppings but that’s expected when outside but an easy fix to catch them but another note is my car broke down and I had nowhere else to go and I was panicking so I called to see they do have storage units for your car but I just can’t afford that right now but it is nice to know but I explained my situation and Emily let me park it in the parking lot and I know it’s safe because they have cameras lots of them and security so I get a peace of mind knowing my car is safe there until I can get it fixed and they even let me stay one more day and I just want to say thank you to Emily really she is a god send everyone here is it’s cheap and you have your peace of mind knowing nobody is gonna mess with your things and I really love the gate code to only get in and out such a lovely place honestly

All of this stored a my whole rooms full of stuff and they lock they provide is super easy for people who aren’t good at remembering the numbers they have KEYS! So put them on your key chains or in a safe space at home lol Emily was also super sweet at helping me find the things I need and her voice was sweet and polite everything was hard to understand online but when I called and spoke to her she helped me find a better unit and for less money then what I was about to do online! So I 1000% say this place is safe they also have a guarded gate, you can only get in with the passcode that was sent to your email so it’s all super easy and how to get out is the blue box that’s by the storage units type the same code that you used to get in so all and All it’s a good cheap safe place

I was very pleased with the process of renting a unit. If you are looking for rental space, this is the place to go! Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful.

Guardian Storage Morgantown was a lifesaver for me! With limited time to move, being able to rent their van at a unbeatable cost, and it being equipped with a dolly made packing up convenient. The building itself makes me feel my things are safe with an app needed to gain entry into the building by code and into my unit. They have carts available to place your items on which makes packing and unpacking easier too. Guardian Storage Morgantown just was the right choice hands down!

Guardian Storage was nothing but excellent during my storage rental tenure. The manager, Isaiah Glass, was an excellent coordinator and helped me get the unit I needed last minute, as I planned an out of town venture and needed storage quickly. Both him and Lauren Burkett accommodated my requests from doing routine security checks of my unit, at my request, to quickly replying to email messages regarding storage. Isaiah made the process easy and I would confidently choose this Guardian location again for future storage needs. The only recommendation or suggestion I have is maybe secure a few dumpsters on-site for tenants to discard any unwanted items.
