I rented here for over a year. The facility is nicely maintained and they are very easy to work with if any questions came up. However, be sure that you understand that this is a month to month rental. When I canceled my contract, because of the big increase in the monthly cost, I did not get any money back from them, even when canceling on the 15th of the month. I am guessing that it is prorated when you rent the unit but not when you move out. Just a heads-up to future renters.

Great experience at Guardian Storage Shadyside. We needed a larger storage locker than expected and they were very accommodating. The moving truck was also a great perk. Reasonable prices for everything too. Would highly recommend!

Manager was really nice and the price of the storage unit was very decent. The hours wer very accommodating. Not everyone has time to make it there between 9 to 5 hrs.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the Robinson location. The manager was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. I was there. With my 87 yr old mother. She was so kind and responsive to her age. She explained everything clearly for her.. The manager had a positive attitude the entire time and was full of information. The facility is clean. The free truck was fantastic and came with a dolly!!

This establishment has made my move-out process easier than I thought possible. Matt was especially accomodating and made us feel welcome, while John and Ashley did the same

I called the Westminster location today with a lot of questions. Robert helped me and thoroughly answered all of my questions, helped give suggestions that I ended up taking and went above and beyond. He made sure things were covered that I hadn't even thought of and was sure to get me the best unit and location based on my needs. And on top of it, he had a great personality and we had a few laughs along the way. Hung up with a smile on my face and with customer service nowadays, that really doesn't happen anymore. The employee,Amanda, is great. I drove from new york to pa to put items in storage due to a move. She was great, sent me directions and stayed until I arrived. Amanda is knowledgeable and friendly. I took a second load, and she was just as gracious then just like the first visit. The storage lockers are clean with plenty of light. Would recommend Guardian Storage in Warrendale,pa, for any reason you need to store item

Tioni Brown was outstanding, she was so very helpful and made me feel very comfortable during an uncomfortable time with moving my belongings. I would recommend guardian storage on Rt. 22 to anyone and especially given the chance to work with Tioni!

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond in making me feel safe in renting from this facility. I will definitely be back to store my daughter’s school stuff next summer!

Kari at the Guardian Storage in Washington was excellent. Very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely coordinate with her if I ever need to use another storage unit.
