J did a great job explaining everything in a concise and friendly manner. J also helped me to rent their truck which was a huge help!

This is one of the best storage units that I have ever used. Customer service is really nice and there to assist if they can. The facility is clean, convenient and they have dollys there for your moving in or out use.

These guys were terrific in helping us determine our storage needs. Living outside of Boulder and not having the ability to be available for our movers to access our new units was a daunting thought. Wes made it easy for us to arrange pickup of our house key and access to the units for our moving company. Setting up contracts and using the online payment system has been a great feature for ensuring our property is safely stored.

Excellent facility. If you are storing with drive-up access, however, be aware that the units are not as immaculate as the ones inside. Wind and dust get into the units, so anything stored there needs to be covered and/or sealed against the accumulation of dirt.

I have stored with Guardian Storage Monroeville several times over the past 20 years. Both Cindy and James are both wonderful and helpful in every possible way. You can't go wrong here. They are the best. Cindy Guardian is lucky to have you.
