I had a great experience with Guardian Storage at Waterfront. Highly recommend. I had to store my daughter's belongings in between semesters. Ryan the Property manager was very helpful and friendly as was Steve. The complex was easy to access and well taken care of.

Ryan McNamara, property manager at the waterfront storage facility has done an excellent job in running the site. It is always clean and neat. Ryan has been very professional in his behavior to me. Last year there was a water leak and it threaten to run into my unit. When I notified him of the problem, he was quick to solve the problem and no damage occurred to any of my belongings.

I am very pleased with my experience at Guardian Storage Waterfront, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. With one phone call I contacted manager Ryan and he was able to get me the correct size unit that I needed . On one visit the light had failed notified manager Steve and he had his maintenance technician repair it .This is a very well operated, maintained and secure storage facility. Yes I would recommend this storage facility.

I just dropped off a lot of old electronics at the Guardian Waterfront withe the help of Ryan the property manager. He was very helpful and pleasant and helped me unload everything in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this Guardian location if you are looking to recycle, but you should check the list of acceptable electronics. Also, there are some Guardian locations that don't participate in this, so call the location first. Thanks Ryan!
