if you need a storage unit, this is a wonderful place. Beyond the basic expectation of a clean and safe environment for your things, people who work there are wonderful. Ray and his team are welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend Guardian Shadyside.

Ray and Matt made everything extremely easy for me and were so nice to talk to. They also really helped me out beyond what I’ve seen other storage companies think to do, like helping bring things to the unit and giving us water.

Signed up for a storage unit online and have used other guardian sites in the past but I have to say I went in to access my unit for the first time today and Matt and Ray at the Shadyside location were so friendly and helpful and such a delight to deal with as a customer I feel entirely confident I made the best selection choice possible, they are so great made the whole experience a 10/10, highly recommend!
