Monroeville Rt 22

There aren't enough words to express how much I recommend this Guardian Storage--specifically the location on Rt 22--because of T. When we first met her, we were trying to get out of a bad living situation and she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

We've been back no less than three times so far and we'd certainly return to this location over and over again if needed. T has been the lighthouse in the storm for us and has always emphasized her excellent customer-focused mentality. She truly cares about her customers. Sometimes it's hard to peel yourself away from a conversation because she's truly so wonderful that you don't want to get back to unloading your stuff into a storage unit!

We have rented other storage units from nearby local facilities and can honestly say that this location is much cleaner, nicer, and better serviced than anywhere else we've been to. It's easy to access, there are always carts available for use, and it's CLEAN. This facility is impeccably cared for. Our stuff was in storage for a while and we never saw a pest or any kind of temperature damage. It's so refreshing to have a company care about you as a person and your stuff.

Guardian Storage in Monroeville, PA is a great facility to store your items. We rented a 10’x25’ unit to store the majority of our furnishings from a 3 bedroom home while we lived in a short-term apartment nearby. The facility is clean, secure, and temp-controlled. Carts are readily available for moving items.

But the real standout of this location is the manager, Tioni Brown. She warmly welcomed us after our long drive from out of state and inspired our confidence. Throughout the several months that we stored our items she was quick to answer questions. She is upbeat, helpful, and friendly.

Upon removing our things from the unit, we discovered a bookcase damaged by the moving company that was no longer usable. Tioni generously offered use of the dumpster located nearby, which saved us time and money from renting and arranging bulk pickup from the waste mgmt company in our area. She even helped move the heavy bookcase to the dumpster.

I highly recommend this storage facility and greatly appreciate Tioni’s professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness. She is a pleasure to work with!

We used this location for summer storage for my Pitt student. Great decision - the property manager Tioni Brown (call her T!) was the best! She anticipated our needs, was friendly and approachable on the phone and in person and remembered us when we went back to pick up our stuff and close out the unit. She made it easy and convenient. This is our first time utilizing any storage facility. From the beginning with the online booking, Tioni has been nothing short of helpful. When we got to the facility, we realized we needed a different unit, I thought it would be too much of a hassle, however Tioni worked her magic and made it happen with ease! Moving in is already stressful and she helped ease our process, we appreciate her greatly!! She was funny, knowledgeable and her personality just radiates joy! 😊😊😊😊
