Rented 2 large economy units over a period of several years. Access to the building was never a problem. Building (especially the restroom) was always clean and carts available at the door. I don't know why Guardian moved the office to a different site, but it has caused some management "customer service" solutions to be delayed, as you can't be in the office and the storage building simultaneously. Also, a method of disposing of trash and/or unwanted property would be appreciated. Given that, I continue to rent from Guardian at another more convenient location.
