I visited the Guardian Storage at the Waterfront in Pittsburgh looking for an affordable storage locker. I was assisted by a wonderful staff member named Melissa who took the time to listen to my needs and worked diligently to find us a locker that met our price range and location needs. I highly appreciate her efforts and i hope other staff are as helpful and kind as her.

Best experience at this location I’m actually sad to leave. Tioni is an absolute gem for Guardian Storage. PLEASE understand we only continue business simply because of our experience. Thank you for everything!

I am very pleased with my experience at Guardian Storage Waterfront, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. With one phone call I contacted manager Ryan and he was able to get me the correct size unit that I needed . On one visit the light had failed notified manager Steve and he had his maintenance technician repair it .This is a very well operated, maintained and secure storage facility. Yes I would recommend this storage facility.

Mat has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is thorough when asked a question and always ready to help. The facility is super clean.

Very nice storage facility. We've used the conference room a few times for meetings. Tioni was especially nice and helpful! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were all set. Everything is kept very clean.
