Good spot just watch out if you fall for 75% off for two months. They raised the price over 10% twice in two years so if it’s long term storage you’re looking for, you’re gonna pay a premium for it. Started at $300 now at $360 after less than two years. They do not care once they have you.

I highly recommend storing your belongings at Guardian Storage! It’s very clean, safe, and the service is Absolutely Amazing. This was by far the best storage spot. Joe was extremely helpful and professional and I’m truly appreciative! Don’t hesitate to rent a unit here. They have really good deals too!

First of all, this place is immaculate! We were switching our storage needs from the Waterfront space to this Parkway East location. Brittany couldn't have been more accommodating in finding a space for us. She kept us updated each step of the way. Fantastic customer service!

Update - 4/11/25 - The place is still immaculate, however, it doesn't matter if you can't actually get to your unit. Mine is on the first floor and the elevator at this location has been broken for over a month at this point.(The other elevator that is working only goes down to the 2nd floor) Dustin, the manager was gracious to us and apologized about it being out. Literally weeks later, it is still out - no communication to us about when it might be up or what they are doing to get it up and running. My storage space is an extension of my business, so obviously this arrangement isn't a good one for us. I have stopped more than 20 times to see if the elevator was fixed - taking time out of my day to do so. How hard is it to pick up the phone or drop an email to let me know how they're working on this problem? Oh did I mention that everyone I've called since my initial visit with Dustin were "unavailable" when I rang. This is not cool.

Guardian was great! I temporarily needed storage for a couple months and the process was very easy, no hidden fees or tricks. If I ever need storage again I know where to go.
