Rarely do I ever give a storage company five stars; but between the excellent customer service that I received from both first the Sales Associate "Shaela" and then from the calm, cool and collective professionalism displayed from Property Manager "Diana" at Guardian Storage 31st Street, this is well deserved! I mean, although we were an hour late returning the jam-packed truck that still needed to be unloaded; NOT TO MENTION, the potential customers were waiting FOR THE TRUCK in the lobby when we FINALLY arrived, Ms Diana greeted us as if we we'd walked into the lobby for the very first time!! And to top it off, we realized that we needed a larger storage unit as well; but after a few keystrokes on her computer, then a tap, tap, tap on the in-system's tablet thinga-ma-gig... PRESTO!!! Here comes the revised contract to be signed, and a copy for my records too! Hell, we were in & out of that Guardian Storage lobby on 31st Street quicker than a Burger King drive through!!

The owner did everything she could to help me in any way she could. I allowed family to rent a unit under my name, they were no longer making payments. I didn’t want it to look bad on my credit or renters When I came to her about clearing the unit out it of course is always going to come at a cost moving things out and junking them and she tried everything to make it as easy and stress free of an experience on my end. She’s amazing and very understanding and if I ever needed a unit for myself I know where I’m going

Arranging a rental with Guardian was so easy and pain-free! I selected and paid for my rental online (and got a 50% off first 2 months of rent coupon on their site). Before even getting to Guardian in person, I was able to redirect a furniture delivery to the location. I called ahead to give them a heads up and Dave took care of everything. I got there minutes after the delivery driver and Dave was already at the dock, assisting to unload furniture. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I have never rented a storage unit before, but any expectations I did have, have been blown away.

Very easy to use. Clean and convenient. Helpful manager explaining the details. I would definitely use again if the need arises.

This is my second time using guardian storage. The first time, I did everything online, in terms of renting. This time, I went through the office and Javon, the manager, was so great! He made the process so easy and he is always available to help. The pricing is great and the place is very secure. I am glad I decided to go through this location again! Def recommend renting storage here if you need it! Shout out to Javon as well!
