I got a storage unit yesterday. Brian took great care of us; he was very friendly and courteous. The other gentleman working there, I think his name was Nigel (I'm not great with names), showed me around the facility, explained everything thoroughly, and had a great, upbeat attitude. If you need a good, climate-controlled storage unit that's well-cleaned, with friendly staff and decent pricing, call them—you won’t regret it."

The initial contact with Dustin made it easy to meet my storage needs efficiently as he explained my options clearly.Any questions I asked were answered respectfully and always in a professional and pleasant manner. Great customer service, Bridgette and Crystal were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Facility is very clean and put together (although I will note that the unit map should be rotated to be vertical- it’s a bit confusing with the orientation)! Otherwise all is great here, highly recommended.

I have rented at many storage places over the years! WOW, I am so happy that I found Guardian Storage! All of the people who work at GS are extremely supportive, patient and generous with their time. Did I mention friendly! You won’t be disappointed if you go here for your storage needs.

Storing stuff is so much fun at Guardian! The staff is so helpful. The building is spotless. The dolly carts are huge but so easy to maneuver, unlike Lowe's. It's so convenient that I think everybody needs to immediately get a unit at Guardian!! Stop jamming all your holiday bins in the attic. You don't need to break anymore nails. There's a better way. It's Guardian.

Stefanie was so kind and made the process of looking into the right storage unit much easier! Took me to look at the unit and made sure I was taken care of with any questions I had! She was lovely to talk to.

So went today to get a storage unit. The facility was absolutely without a doubt one of the cleanest places I’d seen. Staff was extremely helpful, Brian took me around on a tour and was very helpful, professional and funny. I must say I’m impressed with this place and looking forward to working with everyone here.
