Overall a very high quality storage facility. Safe and secure. Wish they allowed entry a little later into the evening, but that's a minor concern.

Kenzie is absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and really went above and beyond in helping me with my two storage units. It was much appreciated. My two storage units were very clean when we put my stuff in it. I highly recommend both Kenzie and Guardian Storage!

I am very happy to provide this review for John who works at the Guardian Storage.

We were supposed to vacate the Storage Unit the day before the Fall Semester started but we couldn't enter the building since we lost the access code. After having spent an hour trying all sorts of codes we drove to the closest Guardian office a few miles away and met John who was about to leave home after closing the office (on a Sunday at 4:00PM).

We explained him the situation. What truly stands out about John is his willingness to go the extra mile (in his personal time) to help a customer in problems. After doing his job, he drove to the Bloomfield Office and patiently waited for us to vacate the unit.

This selfless act of John helped us move out and head back home that evening (instead of staying at a motel overnight and vacate the unit the next day). I really appreciate Guardian Management for having people like John in their team.

What can I say about Gaurdian Storage. Firrst of all the place is absolutely immaculate it’s very clean and nice and I don’t have to worry about any bugs getting in my stuff or the worry about the change in weather ruining any of my stuff. Brian, Joseph and Stephanie are the kindest most helpful people they are the best. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Today was the last day for our team to be at Guardian Storage in East Liberty. Each time we went the staff, Ashley, Matt, Ray, and John were always so helpful, kind, and funny. We are appreciative of our time at Guardian!

I had a storage unit here for about 2 years and it was fantastic. The facility is well taken care of and the staff is friendly and helpful.. any time I had a question or needed help, I could easily call and chat with a person about my issue.
