Steve and Dave are fantastic! I am a short gal and couldn't reach the light chain in my unit. One mention to Dave and he said he would have it taken care of. I assumed he would get a longer chain pull. The next time I visited my unit - BAM - I have a motion sensor light which I don't even have to do anything but open the garage door!

I had short notice that I was moving across the country and needed to rent a climate controlled storage unit. I contacted Tea Thompson, at Guardian Storage in Longmont, and he answered so many questions over the phone and helped me determine the size unit needed. When I arrived in Colorado, everything was exactly as Tea said it would be. Tea even coordinated with the driver of my moving van prior to their arrival. The facility was clean and had plenty of carts to use.
I rented a unit for 5 months and had no negative experiences. Thank you Tea for being so helpful and personable!

The location is convenient, the facility is beautifully maintained, and the property manager, Prescott, is so easy to work with! Highly recommend!

Great storage facility! Erwin was super helpful in reserving my unit and even offer a way complete my paperwork and move in while the office was closed Sunday! I ended up waiting a day anyway to complete paperwork and move in while the office was open. Super friendly and helpful. Very straightforward and simple moving process.

I love the Guardian storage! Erwin has been amazing and has worked with us every step of the way! He even helped us down size our unit after moving some of our larger stuff out! The units are clean and climate control!

I had the absolute best experience imaginable with Guardian Storage in Shadyside from beginning to end. Ashlynn on the phone who helped me reserve my unit for three weeks at no charge, Matt in the office who showed me the unit and got me all signed up and acclimated, Ashley in the office who helped with contact information and options for car storage at different locations, and Ray and Terrell who helped us again and again with the freight elevator. I got half off the first 4 months and the unit is clean, climate-controlled and is exactly everything I could have hoped for. The location is amazing and discreet, there are plenty of parking spaces, plenty of carts to help you move your things, and the facility is secure. I needed a unit in a pinch and I couldn't be happier. 5 stars all around!

Diana Gamboa, Property Manager has been so helpful. Sympathy and empathetic to my being targeted by a cult and cults of organized criminals. The fact that she is a great listener. I appreciate Guardian Storage for working with the public as transition with storage and identity thieves is important for all of us humans. Especially for America citizens to have protections and rights as security of assets is important and imperative to stop fraudsters imposter's. The people as myself that are targeted should have rights to stop identity fraud that protects us while starting over and great emotional loss. Emotional blackmailing rapists who use terrorism tactics to ruin lives need support systems of trusting companies and good character.
I appreciate Diana Gamboa for making time to be a listening person with compassion. Feeling of trust and understanding when it comes to individuals in bad situations. The stories of great loss I can only imagine as my story is proof of the need for respect and security.

Got another unit bigger for vehicle storage!
The facility has extra security if you are not out before ten PM. Commercial vehicles have full access and the area for large trucks having after hours for those semis.
Diana Gambos is a friendly professional and management over the property adds security as a smart intellectual attention to details. The cold water and coffee, hot chocolate selection for Keurig!
The open invitation to utilize the bathroom get a drink and willingness to listen as individuals as myself work out details that are consistently changing. The desire to have protection with my registered insured vehicle in my name to be able to travel and less worried. The flexibility to have items protected in a well kept facility and superb quality staff like Diana Gambos!
Great job with this beautiful well kept and organized establishment for Gaurdian Storage and being a wonderful Gaurdian Diana Gamboa!
