The 1st time I was there Brian furey reserved a unit for me. The second time I came to get my keys(a few weeks later) he remembered my name and pulled up my account from memory. Great customer service is a rarity these days, but it exists at this establishment

This is my second time using guardian storage. The first time, I did everything online, in terms of renting. This time, I went through the office and Javon, the manager, was so great! He made the process so easy and he is always available to help. The pricing is great and the place is very secure. I am glad I decided to go through this location again! Def recommend renting storage here if you need it! Shout out to Javon as well!

Great customer service, Bridgette and Crystal were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Facility is very clean and put together (although I will note that the unit map should be rotated to be vertical- it’s a bit confusing with the orientation)! Otherwise all is great here, highly recommended.

If you're looking to store your valuables, go to Guardian Storage Bridgeville. From renting the unit to vacating the unit, the manager, Mike, was a pleasure to work with! The space is clean, safe, and your items will always be secure. I had an all around 5 star experience.

Perfect experience. Moved in with my fiancé and had to store our combined overflow of stuff. Office staff were polite, helpful, and professional. Very easy and smooth experience. Highly recommend

Just spoke to Brian and he helped me out. he got me into a unit. The process was quick and easy. The facility has TONS of amenities - a conference room, a van for move in if needed, its super clean and organized.

Thank you who Trish who saved me from a potential disaster with my move this weekend. I reserved the truck from a different location about three weeks ago and called Friday to ask about necessary insurance they require. I was told they sent the truck out for inspection and it was unavailable. Fortunately Rick reached out to Trish in Cranberry who offered their truck to me with a credit on the extra mileage since it was out of my way 25 miles round trip.
