Trish has such great customer service! She took the time with me and my family, so I could get the proper unit. It is clean/climate controlled which was what I was exactly looking for! I love the car bays for making offloading easier in weather. Everyone has been very supportive since moving can be quite stressful. Highly recommend!!!

This moving company is the crème de la crème! I have been in transit for over a year between Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, and out of all the storage units I’ve had to use. Guardian is the tops. They are very clean very efficient and extremely friendly and very flexible with every moving need. As far as I concerned, they go above and beyond Than any other company I’ve worked with , Which are several other top two namebrand moving companies in the Eastern United States. Guardian Storage in Monroeville, PA is a great facility to store your items. We rented a 10’x25’ unit to store the majority of our furnishings from a 3 bedroom home while we lived in a short-term apartment nearby. The facility is clean, secure, and temp-controlled. Carts are readily available for moving items.

But the real standout of this location is the manager, Tioni Brown. She warmly welcomed us after our long drive from out of state and inspired our confidence. Throughout the several months that we stored our items she was quick to answer questions. She is upbeat, helpful, and friendly.

Upon removing our things from the unit, we discovered a bookcase damaged by the moving company that was no longer usable. Tioni generously offered use of the dumpster located nearby, which saved us time and money from renting and arranging bulk pickup from the waste mgmt company in our area. She even helped move the heavy bookcase to the dumpster.

I highly recommend this storage facility and greatly appreciate Tioni’s professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness. She is a pleasure to work with!

Zach is really helpful and knowledgeable. We have been storing 4 over year now. Everyone is really nice & understanding. We had financial issues from having 2 live in hotel 4 long time, & everyone was very kind. We recommend this facility 2 every one. U won’t be disappointed.
