Great customer service, Bridgette and Crystal were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Facility is very clean and put together (although I will note that the unit map should be rotated to be vertical- it’s a bit confusing with the orientation)! Otherwise all is great here, highly recommended.

So went today to get a storage unit. The facility was absolutely without a doubt one of the cleanest places I’d seen. Staff was extremely helpful, Brian took me around on a tour and was very helpful, professional and funny. I must say I’m impressed with this place and looking forward to working with everyone here. The other gentleman working there, I think his name was Nigel (I'm not great with names), showed me around the facility, explained everything thoroughly, and had a great, upbeat attitude. Storing stuff is so much fun at Guardian! The staff is so helpful. The building is spotless. The dolly carts are huge but so easy to maneuver, unlike Lowe's. It's so convenient that I think everybody needs to immediately get a unit at Guardian!! Stop jamming all your holiday bins in the attic. You don't need to break anymore nails. There's a better way. It's Guardian.
