I have used many storage companies being a Veteran and moving around a lot, I have to say from day one when I first talked to Mike at the Bridgeville location I was sold that this was my place to store things while my life got situated. He was friendly professional and the location was very clean, Mike has been a great help throughout the whole experience, definitely will tell my friends and family about him and his location, Mike keep up the great work this vet appreciates you so much!!!!!

The staff here go above and beyond!!! I came in on Thursday (1/26) & Friday (1/27). Both days the staff did more than needed and did it with a smile. It’s nice to know that some companies still know what Customer Service is. I don’t know the 2 gentlemen from the 26th, but they were excellent. Dave was there on the 28th and was more helpful than I ever expected. Great workers, great company. Keep it up. Been a customer since 2015.

I rented here for over a year. The facility is nicely maintained and they are very easy to work with if any questions came up. However, be sure that you understand that this is a month to month rental. When I canceled my contract, because of the big increase in the monthly cost, I did not get any money back from them, even when canceling on the 15th of the month. I am guessing that it is prorated when you rent the unit but not when you move out. Just a heads-up to future renters.
