Needed short term storage and the inside storage areas were perfect for this. The place is always clean and well maintained The recent price increase was reasonable but put it a bit above my budget. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Kari at the Guardian Storage in Washington was excellent. Very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely coordinate with her if I ever need to use another storage unit.

This was my first experience with a storage unit. I was pleasantly surprised. From initially viewing the unit, to the final days at my unit, I never had a single complaint. First timers, please read below:From day one, I was able to schedule a no obligation visit to view the unit that I was interested in. I met with Jay, who was great, and I felt zero pressure from him to commit to anything. The unit was a drive up unit which was very clean and dry. The unit was also in a secured well illuminated location with gate code access and egress.I was in-between houses and needed to store majority of my house and garage items. I decided to secure the unit and took advantage of the promotional rates offered at this time (1/2 off the first 2 months).When I was ready to move my items into the unit, Manager John Helms helped me out with the rental box truck that's located on site (very convenient as opposed to having to go back to a rental company somewhere else). John explained everything in full and was very personable and professional. For being my first time using a storage unit, John offered some great advice and tips on storage techniques.My duration of the stay was 4 months over the winter time, and I had zero issues with weather/moisture (Pittsburgh weather fluctuated by 30 degrees at times and stormed). I used 2 moisture control buckets from Home Depot, recommended by John as a precaution. The unit stayed bone dry, zero issues.Upon my final month, the process was as seemless as the initial day. John explained the exit process and helped out again with the box truck. I never had an issue with timely correspondence/communication. I simply sent an email and called once I cleared/cleaned out the unit. The management of this operation was top notch and hassle free. I highly recommend the Ross Guardian Storage location to any first time storage unit goers.

Friendly, hassle-free, secure, clean, and best price I could find in Boulder. I kept everything I owned in a storage unit here for 4 months and I definitely recommend Ace. No corporate feel or confusing website like some other places, just a friendly locally-owned business.

Stopped in to Guardian on Old Haymaker Road to donate an item for their great electronics recycling service and was warmly greeted by Cindy Herd and several of the staff there. They were sharing pizza for an occasion and graciously offered some to us! Have been to this facility before and they always extend exemplary customer service - highly recommend!

This is my second time using guardian storage. The first time, I did everything online, in terms of renting. This time, I went through the office and Javon, the manager, was so great! He made the process so easy and he is always available to help. The pricing is great and the place is very secure. I am glad I decided to go through this location again! Def recommend renting storage here if you need it! Shout out to Javon as well!

Cindy is a "Storage Locker Goddess!!" She has been the Manager of this facility for decades, which is how long my family and I have had multiple units there. She always goes above and beyond to make sure all of your Qs are answered, that you are getting the best deal, has arranged access and helped me think through how to address logistical challenges with movers, even when I've been out-of-state, which has been incredibly helpful! With all of her hard work, compassion and dedication, everyone assumes Cindy is the Owner of Guardian, bc that is how much she cares! She is the reason I chose this location and company, and am relieved she is still in charge! Having to keep your precious belongings in storage is expensive and usually happens during life's most stressful transitions ie) moving, someone passes away, kids move out-- and she is incredibly compassionate and supportive, in ALL WAYS, ALWAYS!!
