I’ve had a really good experience with the Coraopolis Guardian Storage. As I’m in the process of clearing out my spaces - I wanted to take a moment to recognize Prescott and Hope.

Prescott, the property manager, has been great to work with. My situation changed pretty suddenly and I needed to adjust my timing, and he was flexible, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.

Hope has also been consistently kind and helpful every time I’ve come in. She’s welcoming, patient, and always willing to help with the little things, which makes a bigger difference than people realize when you already have a lot going on.

For some, a storage unit is somewhere to hold things they don’t use regularly or have the space for in their home —but sometimes its a place intended to hold belongings temporarily and turns into something more when life doesn’t go as planned. During times like that, how you’re treated really matters, and I felt genuinely supported here. The understanding and flexibility Prescott showed made a difficult situation much more manageable.

It really comes down to the people, and both Prescott and Hope made this a place I’d absolutely recommend to anyone looking for storage, whether short-term or long-term.

Matt at the Allegheny Valley Guardian has helped make my move so easy. The area is secure, the storage spaces are clean and parking is easy. They have all the essentials.

Excellent service. I arrived at the office too late, so I decided to call to rent a unit. I was helped promptly, explained everything thoroughly, and secured a premium unit that was right for me. I was given a great promo for my first and second month and over all, the over the phone process did not take no more then 10-15 mins! I was super happy to be helped and glad I called!
