Excellent service from Tammy Ford and her staff at the North Boulder storage facility. The grounds and building are clean, well-lit, and secure. The free moving van was a great bonus! Overall, a great experience.

I am very pleased with the one on one interaction that this storage place provides. I scheduled for a 5x10 storage but ended up going up to the 7x10 storage because I didn’t realize until I saw it how small it was. The in person interaction made me feel very comfortable with making a decision about it quickly! I’m a first time renter so I wasn’t sure walking in what it would be like and Hope made me feel very welcome and comfortable during the whole process and broke down everything so I knew what I was signing up for! Customer service is an 11/10 for the Robsinon location! Excellent people and an amazing team from the phone call to visit! Will definitely be recommending in the future!

The staff here is super friendly and incredibly helpful! John and Tammy make sure you feel at home and were even willing help me break down my boxes and get me set up super fast!

Steve and Dave are fantastic! I am a short gal and couldn't reach the light chain in my unit. One mention to Dave and he said he would have it taken care of. I assumed he would get a longer chain pull. The next time I visited my unit - BAM - I have a motion sensor light which I don't even have to do anything but open the garage door!

I love it!
