The facility is, as the advertisement says, secure and well lit, has free moving trucks for local moves (not out-of-state), digital gate access, plentiful moving carts and Award Winning Service. Trish, especially, was so helpful as my one year plan morphed into a4 1/2 year plan, requiring me to keep most of my belongings in storage. Trish recommended several movers and Mike Moves Pittsburgh, the group I hired, did an amazing job. When it looked like everything might not fit in the UHaul truck, Trish helped me craft Plan B. I needed clarification regarding how to gain entry to the storage container building, lighting, and parking. Jay was on the phone when I arrived and he politely indicated that it would be a few minutes wait. When able to attend to me he focused on my questions and suggested that we meet outside. He guided me to the correct building and we walked together to my unit. All of my questions were answered within a few minutes. The welcome center, storage area, and surrounding areas are exceptionally well kept and clean.
