I recently rented two storage units and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was extremely helpful, especially when I needed a larger second unit on short notice. They were able to quickly accommodate me with an indoor unit, which was greatly appreciated given my time constraints. The onboarding and move-out processes were both smooth and efficient, and the property manager was excellent about answering and returning calls promptly. Overall, outstanding customer service and a very well-managed facility.

From the ease of reserving the unit online, to the in-store app tutorial and getting walked to my unit, it was a wonderful experience during an otherwise very stressful moving situation. The manager was very friendly and personable! I will be using Guardian storage for all of my future needs!

Guardian Storage made every easy and painless, and the price can’t be beat. Lauren the property manager at the Fox Chapel location was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would definitely use this location for any of my storage needs !

Carts were always readily available when I needed to move items in and out.
