I couldn’t be more impressed with this storage facility! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a well-maintained, secure, and incredibly organized space. The units are spotless, climate-controlled, and easily accessible, making it the perfect solution for storing my belongings with confidence.

The security measures are top-notch, with gated access, surveillance cameras, and well-lit areas that provide peace of mind. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience. Ray and Ashley were a pleasure to work with!

Loading and unloading were a breeze thanks to the wide driveways, ample parking, and sturdy dollies available for use. The facility is also conveniently located, making it easy to access my items whenever I need them.

If you’re looking for a reliable, clean, and well-managed storage unit, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional experience with Guardian! I do think their service is more expensive than other storage facilities, but I would say it's absolutely worth it; I stored pretty much everything I own in one of the climate controlled units at their Centre Ave location for two years, and I returned to my belongings being fresh with no signs of mold or mildew. The premises felt very safe, which was a huge comfort. My biggest compliments go to Ashley and especially Ray (!!!). Ray is amazing. I moved to a new place and had to move everything out of the unit in one single day with just myself and my 70 year old parents. Ray stepped in without us even asking and helped me move things onto moving carts, helped us Tetris everything into my car, offered my parents coffee and tea, and, when my mom told him it was my birthday two days later, gave me gifts!! So, so nice! Just a huge thank you for making me feel like my belongings were safe and sound, for the wonderful and kind service, and for treating my parents with nothing but respect.
