This is the first time renting from this facility. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and ease of access through the app. I also very much appreciate the professionalism of the property manager, Zack! He was extremely helpful and made the process seem less and easy!

Tea Thompson the property manager at Longmont Guardian Storage Facility is exceptional. Tea is kind, considerate and very professional. He makes all move in & move out procedures very easy & smooth, he makes sure the facility is clean ( with the help of a great maintenance team). Tea is sincerely concerned about any issues that might arise & addresses them immediately. You are always well taken care of with Tea at Guardian.
